● Production / Delivery Time:
- Before your order goes into production, you will receive one complimentary digital proof of your order to approve in 1 business day. If needed, one round of minor revision is also complimentary.
Any additonal proof will cost $20 each.
Once approved, your order will go into production.
- All our orders are made to order. We make it as soon as we receive the order in 1-2 business days and ship it the next day.
- Shipping will take 2-5 business days
- Orders are shipped from Orange County, CA

● Care Instructions:
- To remove wrinkles, please use iron or hand steamer.
1. Place the printed side down on the iron board.
2. Set the iron to the lowest setting with minimal steam.
3. Iron until wrinkles are not noticeable.
- DO NOT wash, bleach, or tumble dry.
- To prevent the printing from fading, avoid displaying in direct sunlight for a long period of time.

● Return Policy:
- All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
- Please note that due to variety of factors, such as the printing process, and sewing, we cannot guarantee 100% consistency and accuracy of the color, size, fabric on each banner. Each banner is unique due to its handmade quality.
