● Order Instructions:
1. Upload the final PNG file that needs to be printed (Please note that we do not design any custom order unless it's text only)
2. Add text in the text box that needs to go in the banner (Please indicate if you want the text in print or cursive, only if you need text customization)

● Production / Delivery Time:
- Before your order goes into production, you will receive one complimentary digital proof of your order to approve in 1 business day. If needed, one round of minor revision is also complimentary.
Any additonal proof will cost $20 each.
Once approved, your order will go into production.
- All our orders are made to order. We make it as soon as we receive the order in 1-2 business days and ship it the next day.
- Shipping will take 2-5 business days
- Orders are shipped from Orange County, CA

● Care Instructions:
- To remove wrinkles, please use iron or hand steamer at the lowest setting.
- DO NOT wash, bleach, or tumble dry.
- To prevent the printing from fading, avoid displaying in direct sunlight for a long period of time.

● Return Policy:
- All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
- Please note that since each banner is handmade, individually cut and sewn by hand, we cannot guarantee 100% consistency and accuracy of the color, size, fabric on each banner.
